Condominium and Homeowner Association Law
Homeowners' Associations are part of an overall concept of residential property ownership. Purchase of the home or the lot brings with it membership in the Association, which provides the structure for operation and management of the residential community concept. Membership includes certain mandatory obligations, financial responsibilities and rules of the Association.
Our firm has worked with over 150 homeowner and condominium associations throughout southeastern Pennsylvania in the areas of drafting and amending association documents (Declarations, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations), transition and turnover from Declarant to the Association, collection of assessments, construction defect litigation, Declarant litigation, contract preparation, review and compliance and enforcement of association rules and architectural controls.
