Brendan P. Burke

Brendan P. Burke is an attorney with more than twenty-five years of experience representing a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, commercial real estate developers, municipal entities, closely held businesses, and individuals throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His work spans business advising, real estate, land use and zoning, and complex litigation.
Throughout his career, Brendan has advised clients on commercial transactions and leasing, zoning and development matters, and the litigation of business, personal injury, and property disputes, including high-stakes real estate and development matters. He has also been annually appointed Solicitor to the Kennett Township Zoning Hearing Board since 2019.
Prior to joining Reidenbach & Associates, Brendan served as Principal of his own law practice in Chester County and previously held leadership roles including Chief Legal Officer for a regional commercial real estate company and Partner at a mid-sized Pennsylvania law firm. He resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania and enjoys supporting his children, friends, and neighbors in their theatrical, athletic, and educational pursuits, and following NHL hockey and the San Jose Sharks.
