Brendan P. Burke, Esq.

Brendan P. Burke is an accomplished attorney with more than twenty-five years of experience representing a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, commercial real estate developers, municipal entities, closely held businesses, and individual clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He brings to Reidenbach & Associates, LLC a deep and practical background in business advising, real estate, land use and zoning, and complex litigation.

Throughout his career, Brendan has advised clients on contract negotiation and drafting, commercial leasing and property transactions, zoning and land use matters, risk management, and the litigation of business, personal injury, and property disputes. He has successfully handled high-stakes matters, including multi-million-dollar real estate litigation, catastrophic personal injury cases, and large-scale zoning and development approvals for corporate clients. 

Prior to joining Reidenbach & Associates, Brendan served as Principal of his own law practice in Chester County and previously held senior leadership roles, including Chief Legal Officer for a regional commercial real estate company and Partner at a mid-sized Pennsylvania law firm. His experience includes serving as outside general counsel to closely held businesses, managing litigation through trial and appeal, and advising clients on regulatory compliance, insurance recovery, and liability exposure. Brendan has also been annually appointed Solicitor to the Kennett Township Zoning Hearing Board since 2019, reflecting his significant experience in zoning and land use matters.

Brendan is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Communications, magna cum laude, from Boston University.

Brendan resides in Wayne, PA and when not working, enthusiastically supports his children, friends and neighbors in their theatrical, athletic and educational pursuits.  A lifelong participant in and proponent of competitive sports, he is an avid fan of NHL hockey and closely follows the San Jose Sharks and their excellent front office management team.
