Christopher P. Allen serves as the Director of Legal Operations – Litigation at Reidenbach & Associates, LLC. With more than twenty-five years of experience in complex civil litigation and legal team leadership, Chris oversees the strategic management, workflow optimization, and operational excellence of the firm’s litigation practice. He is known for his ability to balance tactical precision with big-picture strategy, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional client outcomes.
Throughout his career, Chris has developed and directed litigation strategies in high-exposure matters involving wrongful death, personal injury, and municipal liability. He has led teams of attorneys and legal professionals, managed client relationships across public and private sectors, and designed processes for performance improvement and case management. His depth of experience extends from trial advocacy and case analysis to organizational leadership and risk management.
Chris holds an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, recognizing the highest level of professional excellence and ethical integrity. He earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Business. He also completed the Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development program at Wharton Executive Education, enhancing his leadership and communication effectiveness.
Chris is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
A bi-coastal native of Northeastern Pennsylvania and Southern California, Chris now resides in Chester County with his wife, their two children and their two dogs. In his spare time, Chris enjoys coaching girls’ fastpitch softball, serving on the board of his local youth association, and embracing opportunities to be a lifelong learner. He is also an avid sports memorabilia collector, with prize possessions including a baseball signed by Vin Scully and a plaque from Scully’s office—treasured reminders of excellence and dedication.
