Kaitlyn is an associate in the litigation department of Reidenbach & Associates, LLC, focusing on matters involving construction defects, real estate transactional disputes, premises liability, complex commercial litigation and corporate/business litigation matters.
Kaitlyn previously practiced in the areas of personal injury litigation, contract and construction disputes, criminal defense, zoning and municipal law. Kaitlyn has both bench and jury trial experience, as well as litigation experience in both State and Federal courts. In addition to private practice, Kaitlyn also served as an Assistant Public Defender in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Kaitlyn received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2011, graduating with pro bono distinction. While attending law school, Kaitlyn was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and a volunteer for the Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. Kaitlyn was also a certified legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.
Kaitlyn completed her undergraduate studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude, in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
Outside of her law practice, Kaitlyn serves as a member of the St. James Regional School Advisory Board in Ridley Park, PA. She currently resides in Delaware County with her husband and two children.
