Kevin Rulis

Kevin Rulis is a corporate attorney who works closely with businesses of all sizes to navigate the legal and practical challenges that come with growth, change, and opportunity. He advises both public and private companies on matters including licensing and franchising, real estate transactions, employee-related issues, and corporate transactions. Clients value his ability to guide them through complex matters with clarity while maintaining a steady focus on their business objectives. 

Before entering the legal profession, Kevin worked as an accountant at Deloitte, bringing financial insight to the legal advice he provides to clients. He has also earned a commercial insurance license, which gives him additional perspective on risk management and the role insurance plays in business transactions. 

Outside of his legal work, Kevin enjoys playing pickleball and racquetball both recreationally and in regional and national tournaments. He remains active in the community and values building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community members alike.
