Kevin Rulis
Kevin Rulis is a corporate attorney who works closely with businesses of all sizes to navigate the legal and practical challenges of growth, change, and opportunity. He has advised both public and private companies on a wide range of matters, including licensing and franchising, asset purchases and sales, real estate transactions, and employee-related issues. Clients value his ability to guide them through complex transactions with clarity and a steady focus on their business goals.
Prior to his legal career, Kevin worked as an accountant at Deloitte, and brings financial acumen to each client matter. He has also earned his commercial insurance license, giving him additional insight into risk management and the role insurance plays in business transactions. This combination of financial, legal, and insurance knowledge enables him to anticipate challenges from multiple angles and provide strategic and practical counsel.
In addition to his legal practice, Kevin remains active in the community, supporting local organizations and initiatives. He believes that strong relationships—with clients, colleagues, or community members—are the foundation of meaningful, lasting results.
Outside of his legal practice, Kevin enjoys playing pickleball and racquetball both recreationally and in regional and national tournaments. This balance of professional expertise and personal passion reflects his commitment not only to the practice of law, but also to building lasting relationships on and off the court.
