Kristina G. Connolly is an associate at the firm and focuses her practice on general real estate, construction defect litigation and Condominium and Homeowner Association law. She has represented numerous homeowners in lawsuits against construction companies that fail to meet the industry standards. She also regularly advises Property Managers and Board Members of Condominium and Homeowner Associations on a variety of matters including compliance with the Uniform Condominium Act and the Uniform Planned Community Act.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Connolly is a member of the American and the Philadelphia Bar Association. She is active in the community both on the Main Line and in Center City. Ms. Connolly graduated from Notre Dame Law School, where she was an editor of the Journal of Legislation and Vice President of the International Human Rights Society. Ms. Connolly also graduated from Florida State University and is proficient in Spanish.

I was born in Delavan, Wisconsin, but grew up in Orlando, FL. I love being outdoors, whether it is water skiing, snow skiing or just playing fetch with my dog Ollie.
