Melissa A. Anderson focuses her practice on real estate litigation and a wide range of real estate disputes, as well as complex business, commercial, and employment litigation matters. She has successfully represented clients in federal, state, and appellate courts, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies, and her advocacy has been described as “excellent,” “articulate,” and “forceful.” 

Melissa is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including pre-complaint discovery, motions practice, injunctive relief, discovery, expert retention and report development, oral argument, trial, post-trial motions, and appeals. She also helps clients manage the business of litigation by developing strategy and budgets, advising on risk analysis and mitigation, coordinating e-discovery and vendors, and working proactively with clients to avoid litigation through compliance guidance, internal investigations, and contract review.
