Neil Goldstein


Neil V. Goldstein is Of Counsel at Reidenbach & Associates, LLC, joining the firm in September of 2017. Neil has more than 47 years of professional experience in Business Law, Business Management, Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Pennsylvania Liquor Code Law, Title Insurance Law and Banking, and Financial Institutions Law.

Much of Neil’s practice over the years has been devoted to the representations of builders, developers, investors, financial institutions, title companies and agencies, and other business entities. He has extensive experience in representing these entities from both the plaintiff’s and the defendant’s side on all issues.

For a number of years, Neil has acted as both and officer and general counsel for more than a dozen financial and business entities. Not only has he experience in the law, but has participated in strategic planning and organizational issues many business entities face. While carrying on a practice, Neil managed to help form many entrepreneurial groups in the hospitality fields. His teaching and experience contributed to the founding of many small businesses.

Neil grew up in Lower Merion, PA and currently resides with his wife, Janet, a former interior designer, in King of Prussia, PA. While attending Lafayette College, Neil was the Co-Captain of the Freshman Soccer squad and went on to play varsity as well. He was also a member of the Freshman Baseball squad.

While in Law School, Neil was a volunteer worker in Philadelphia County for the Nelson Rockefeller Campaign for the President in 1968.

He is fortunate enough to have three wonderful children:
