Nicole Howard

Nicole Howard joined Reidenbach & Associates in 2011 and serves as a paralegal. An adroit member of the firm, Ms. Howard is well versed in civil litigation, real estate law, wills and estates, condominium and Homeowner’s Association law, including the drafting of Association Governing Documents. She specializes in the collection of Association pre- and post-sheriff’s sale liens from mortgagees, debt collection and judgment enforcement. Additionally, Nicole maintains her certificate and bonding as a Pennsylvania Notary.

Nicole is an animal and nature lover, and addicted to her Alaskan Malamute, Maya, and Golden Retriever, Tucker.
