Robert Korn
Robert A. Korn serves in an Of Counsel role at Reidenbach & Associates, LLC. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Korn brings decades of experience in bench and jury trials and arbitration. Early in his career, he successfully represented parties in defense of product liability claims, including Ford Motor Company.
Mr. Korn concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, surety and design professional law, real estate law, and commercial litigation. He represents owner/developers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, fabricators, design professionals, insurers and sureties.
Additionally, Mr. Korn works as mediator and arbitrator of commercial disputes. He serves on the American Arbitration Association's Large, Complex Case Panel, and is one of five attorneys in Pennsylvania appointed to the American Arbitration Association's Master Mediator Panel for Construction. In recognition of his accomplishments as an arbitrator, he was elected as a Fellow to the College of Commercial Arbitrators. The Commerce Court of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County selected Mr. Korn to serve as a Judge Pro Tempore, and he has successfully resolved disputes acting in that capacity.
In 2014, Mr. Korn was named Construction Lawyer of the Year in the Philadelphia region. Korn is a Super Lawyer in the field of construction litigation, and has been honored as such since the inception of the award, and Best Lawyers in America continues to recognize Mr. Korn’s accomplishments as a construction lawyer.
