Scott Reidenbach

Founding Principal

Scott Reidenbach is the founding principal of Reidenbach & Associates, LLC, which he established in 2007. In the firm’s early years, through the economic downturn of 2008, the firm built a reputation within the Pennsylvania real estate community and among national homebuilders as a trusted provider of practical and value-driven legal counsel.

Scott has extensive experience litigating and resolving real estate-related disputes, including matters involving construction defects, subcontractor issues, building codes, contract disputes, and insurance claims. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants and regularly handles trials, arbitrations, and mediations. His broader practice also includes business law, commercial litigation, employment law, and civil litigation.

In addition to his legal practice, Scott frequently lectures and presents on topics including real estate development, collections, and property management, and has testified in court as an expert in condominium and community association law. He is regularly featured in media outlets such as NBC 10, 6 ABC, and CBS 3 providing legal insight. Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Scott now resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania with his wife and children and enjoys tennis, squash, cycling, yoga, skiing, and music.
