William Viss

Chief Litigation Counsel

William Viss serves as Chief Litigation Counsel at Reidenbach & Associates, bringing extensive trial experience and a broad background in complex commercial and civil disputes. He began his legal career clerking in the New Jersey appellate courts, where he developed strong legal analysis and advocacy skills before transitioning to private practice in Philadelphia.

Will represents clients in a range of matters including contract disputes, premises liability, insurance claims, franchisee and franchisor disputes, and intellectual property cases. He also brings valuable business and legal insight from his experience as in-house counsel for a national homebuilder, where he worked on real estate development conflicts, construction defect matters, and condominium and homeowners association issues.

Will is active in the community and previously served as a board member of Compound Impact, a nonprofit organization that develops properties to support refugees. He also mentored students through Philadelphia Futures. Outside of work, Will is an avid sailor and received a solo offshore sailing award. He also enjoys motorcycling and supports the Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride, which raises funds for men’s mental health initiatives. Will grew up in West Africa and is fluent in Dutch.
