Will Viss

William “Will” Viss is a litigator with extensive trial experience. Will began his career clerking in the New Jersey appellate courts, refining his legal analysis and advocacy skills. Soon after, Will transitioned to private practice in Philadelphia, tackling complex commercial disputes.

 Will has built a reputation as a sharp, strategic litigator, handling contract disputes, premises liability, insurance claims, franchisee/franchisor claims and intellectual property cases. His experience as in-house counsel for a national homebuilder gave him invaluable experience in law and business, as well as experience with real estate development conflicts, construction defects, and Condominium and HOA acumen.

Whether in state court, federal court, or private arbitration, Will brings trial experience, strategic insight, and a relentless focus on results.

Dedicated to giving back to the community, Will served as a board member for Compound Impact, a non-profit organization that acquires and develops properties to house and support refugees. He also served as a mentor with Philadelphia Futures, guiding students from at-risk neighborhoods toward academic and professional success.

An avid sailor, Will was the recipient of a 2020 offshore solo-sailing award. He is also a motorcycle enthusiast and supports the Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride, which raises funds for men’s mental health initiatives. Will grew up in West Africa and is fluent in Dutch.
