William T. Dudeck

William T. Dudeck, Esq. is a seasoned litigator who brings extensive experience to the firm in the area of real estate law, specifically construction, land use and zoning, landlord-tenant, and municipal law. He also has experience in banking and finance, corporate transactions, and employment disputes. Many of Mr. Dudeck’s successfully litigated client matters do not neatly fit into just one particular category of law.

Mr. Dudeck has practiced law for decades. During his extensive career, he has prepared and tried cases before judges, juries and arbitration panels and has both briefed and argued cases through the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Dudeck has successfully advocated for clients in countless high-stakes negotiations.

Additionally, he has negotiated thousands of contracts, and has significant experience in negotiating and drafting documents in non-litigation real estate and business transactions as well as experience in conducting the mediation and arbitration of civil disputes. 

Mr. Dudeck is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He earned his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Scranton, and graduated from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law.

A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Mr. Dudeck resides in Bucks County with his wife, their two children and their pets. In his spare time, he enjoys landscaping, gardening, DIY projects, learning and volunteering.
