Natalie R. Young
Natalie R. Young is an associate attorney with Reidenbach & Associates. Natalie’s practice focuses on counseling contractors, subcontractors, and property owners on a variety of construction issues, including construction defect and mechanics’ lien actions. Natalie is well-versed in Land Use, Zoning & Development and Commercial Litigation. She routinely assists individual and commercial clients with permit applications and appeals before various state, county, and municipal boards and agencies, and has represented commercial business owners and suppliers in disputes arising from supply contracts. She has prior experience as an approved title attorney and has analyzed and cleared title searches for the issuance of title policies and title related litigation.
Prior to joining Reidenbach, Natalie worked with two highly-regarded Philadelphia firms focusing on construction defect litigation, representing both residential and commercial clients. In addition to representing residential homeowners and Homeowner Associations in litigation, Natalie negotiated scopes of work and worked with skilled engineers and architects to prepare repair and remediation agreements.
Natalie is experienced with issues arising under Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices Act, Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, Seller’s Disclosure Laws, and New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act. Natalie also served a law clerk to the Honorable Frederica Massiah-Jackson and as a judicial fellow to the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss in the Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
Natalie is a member of the Zoning Hearing Board for Chester Heights, Pennsylvania, and a former Councilwoman for the Borough of Morton, Pennsylvania.
